Flexion:

The action of bending or the condition of being bent 

Extension:

Opposite of flexion, a straightening of the limb or body

Hyperextension:

Excessive movement in a joint in one direction beyond its normal range of motion

Dorsiflexion:

Ankle is flexed and toes are pointing upward

Plantarflexion:

Ankle is flexed and toes are pointing downward

Adduction:

A movement that takes a body part in toward middle of body

Abduction: 

A movement that takes a body part away from the middle of body

Sidebending:

Movement of the trunk when ribs drop toward the hip and the trunk falls to one side. 

Anterversion of the pelvis:

Pelvis rocks forward seat bones go backward

Retroversion of the pelvis:

Pelvis rocks backward and seat bones go into a neutral position. 

Internal Rotation:

The twisting motion of your thigh inward from your hip joint toes are also inward

Inversion:

Tilting of the foot so the sole faces the midline

Eversion:

Tilting of the foot so the sole faces away from midline
